Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

I had a full body massage with Amy today. It was perfectly tailored for my needs. Amy identified exactly where I needed treatment and applied the perfect amount of focus to my problematic shoulder. I left feeling calm, peaceful and that my pain and tension has been significantly eased. Thank you very much I hope to visit again soon x

It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . Excellent! I had a full body massage after a two day cycle trip over the mountains and this was just what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the masseuse Tiwawan was very friendly, and the massage was perfect. I will be coming back again for sure!

I phoned Enerchi requesting an urgent appointment as I had pulled my back badly and was struggling to walk. Although full they manipulated the appointments to fit me in I had Jo for the massage who was absolutely fantastic. The massage was amazing and has made a huge difference to my mobility.
