This was my first sports massage and visit, and I must say it was a pleasure. A lovely warm welcome and explanation as to what I should expect. This put me at ease and ready for the massage ahead. Jana is amazing ! I just had a hot stone massage. She asked me if I had any areas I would like concentrating on and proceeded to get all my stress knots out with wonderfully firm pressure that I requested .
