I had been taken into a room where the previous therapist had changed the room around. Amanda had been caught out as she wasn’t aware of the change . I was laying facing into the corner of the room and my back to the door which left me feeling very uncomfortable . Amanda dealt with it very professionally but I could see she had been put out with none of her products where they should be. The treatment was lovely , great information , my skin feels fantastic . Amanda had been so welcoming and informative, stayed with me when I had light therapy and let me know . Great experience

I had the most incredible massage today. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The treatment was beautiful — the perfect balance of pressure and flow, and you could really feel the care and skill in every movement. It melted away my tension and I left feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and re-energised. A truly wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Amanda is very friendly and personable. This was my first laser treatment and she checked my expectations and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. I didn't know what the "pain" level would be, but it wasn't much. An unusual sesation a little like intense pins and needles but for a fraction of a second. great first experience!

Yet another fabulous massage by Nicola. I was suffering with a lot of neck & shoulder pain but I have come out feeling so refreshed & able to move my head & neck without the pain. Nicola used some brilliant products on me that she has made herself so are all organic & chemical free. I would highly recommend Nicola & her own brand products.

Nikki was amazing, compassionate and caring , she was thorough in her questioning pre treatment and considerate of my condition (i have sciatic nerve pain) throughout the massage. She is knowledgeable in her field and her techniques were well applied. The setting was lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend her. I came out feeling great. Sharon is absolutely incredible. I have gone to other masseuses and she is by far the best. Not only for her skills but her customer/client service makes me feel relaxed and she is very present. I can tell she wants to give her clients the best experience. Very good at communicating and making sure I’m getting what I need prior too appointment. Either in Exmouth or Cranbrook, she will let you know! My massage yesterday was incredibly holistic, I felt a shift/release. I’ll be continuing to be a client of Sharon. X

From the moment Nikki opened the door she was warm, friendly and calm. I had booked for an Indian head massage and Nikki explained what this would entail. The treatment room had a lovely calming presence and the warm treatment bed was like heaven. The massage itself was wonderful and Nikki checked with me to whether everything was ok pressure wise and that I was happy. I came away feeling relaxed and no longer had the ache in my neck. I cannot recommend Nikki enough and I will definitely be back. Thank you Nikki for an amazing experience.

I see Nikki regularly for massage, she changes up the treatment based on what my body needs. I’m doing a swimming challenge, & locked up in my neck, arms & shoulders. Nikki did a great job at unlocking the painful bits using techniques from deep tissue, hot stones, suction & bamboo massage - it worked well and I walked out feeling like a different person moving freely again. Nikki gave me a complementary foot scrub with home made scrub - worked a treat & smelt divine. Nikki is a fantastic therapist, whether you need your aches & pains sorting or a relaxing treatment - she’s also lovely!

It was dreamy, thankyou. I especially liked the cold combs (that's what it felt like anyway) . The deep massage around my back and shoulders was wonderful. I loved the whole experience. Didn't really want to open my eyes at the end.

I’m so happy to have found Nikki. My massage was everything i didn’t realise I needed, I walked away feeling as light as a feather, the most zen and I really felt my nervous system was calmed. Nikki is attentive in every aspect and I could tell she was really in tune with how I was feeling and what I needed. Her room was the most relaxing from lighting, candles and calming music. The bed was heated so I was warm and cosy throughout. Everything was thought of and Nikki clearly has a huge passion for what she does. I loved it so much I’m coming back next week!
