I had a wonderful first time experience at Novaluca Therapies. Dee was very friendly and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in her setting. I received an amazing 90 min Hot Stone Full Body Massage with a Cold Stone Facial, which really made a difference to the back aches I was experiencing previously, and helped me relax and de-stress. Loved the massage. Dee was welcoming and friendly yet professional.I arrived with mild back ache and left with no pain and felt as if stress had melted away. Room was warm, comfortable and clean and the decor and music added to the feeling of calm. Have already booked next session.

Absolutely fantastic, great, informative and detailed pre-care, the session was relaxed and Claire went through each step of the brow tattoo letting me know how it was going and what she was going to do next, and then a very detailed aftercare procedure, including a little aftercare package to help me.
