Lainey is such a welcoming and warm person. Today's treatment was both deep and relaxing as she worked to help relieve the tension and pain in my shoulders. She, and her treatments, make such a fundamental contribution to my health and wellbeing.

I’ve just had an excellent, expertly and intuitively delivered massage that not only eased the stiffness in my lower back but also left me feeling so very deeply relaxed -such a truly wonderful experience.

Today was my first massage with Lainey and it was great! I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage, it really helped to relax me and release some tension that I had building up! I will definitely be booking in again, the whole experience was very relaxing and Lainey made me feel extremely comfortable from the off set :)
