I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Very professional, and friendly. Explains the whole process and attentive to my needs. I had a rejuvinating facial massage and back massage, with essential oils. Nadia spent time on the massage and was thorough but with a very relaxing touch. My skin felt glowing afterwards. I do recommend Om Lotus.

My vital eye facial with Tara was out of this world. I had been suffering with a cold/allergies and came out feeling like a different person. Tara relieved a lot of tension in my head as well as unblocked my sinuses. The treatment was so relaxing and I felt really comfortable with Tara. She’s very knowledgeable and recommended further treatments for future visits. Tara also went above and beyond by fitting both mine and my friends appointments in one together so we could celebrate our birthday

I had the benefit of taking the sports massage as I had recently suffered from a severe back sprain. Collette was great and knew exactly the area that needed to be targeted. She is very knowledgeable in her profession and I would recommend her to anyone who has suffered similar issues.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Tara, was great! She really helped me with the pain ( but it wasn’t actually that painful!) she’s great! Definitely coming back again! Thank you :)
