I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. Was able to book and pay online ahead of the day. Having a real back pain issue, I was made to feel relaxed and in control of pressure used to iron out knots in my back even I didn't realise were there. I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.
