Was able to book and pay online ahead of the day. Having a real back pain issue, I was made to feel relaxed and in control of pressure used to iron out knots in my back even I didn't realise were there. I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and all the tension in my shoulders and back just melted away. She took extra care to massage my hands and feet as well as my back and chest, which made the experience feel incredibly thorough and relaxing. I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a mini facial and scalp massage, and it was honestly the most relaxing experience of my life! The massage was perfectly tailored, just the right amount of pressure to release tension while still feeling relaxing. The mini facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and the scalp massage was pure bliss…so calming that I completely drifted off.
