Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

A brilliant experience in every way - the therapist (Time) was absolutely brilliant. I suffer from shoulder and lower back pain and in just 25 minutes, Time performed miracles. A real Thai experience, transporting you to Thailand (if only for a short time).

I had the best massage I have ever had here- I arrived with knots in my neck and back and muscle pain in my chest, I had a deep tissue massage and every area of concern was covered in a lot of detail, friendly customer service and excellent massage- my muscles feel relaxed and much better than before, I was put into stretching positions which would be difficult to do on your own but really stretched the right muscles- would definitely return

Excellent. I really enjoyed my traditional Thai massage with Ms Anna. She was very experienced about how far she could take my body into the various positions. I had the best nights sleep after the massage! There was a nice waiting area where I had a tasty bael tea afterwards. I will be back!

What a blissful 90mins! An hours massage and a mini facial...I honestly loved every minute....I went in feeling stiff and tense and came out feeling totally relaxed and like all the stiffness and tension had disappeared. Thank you so much Fran Xx

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
