Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Lovely first visit this morning….will definitely be back!
