Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. I felt noticeably looser afterward. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd massage with Ewelina and I’m just about to book my 3rd

I had a body massage and reflexology. It was very relaxing which made me feel great afterwards. The reflexology also eased my foot pain.

I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

Absolutely amazing. I was a bit anxious about having my haircut after years of growing my hair, but my stylist was absolutely lovely and kept checking with me every chance there was. 100% would come back :) and would 10000% recommend !!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for a haircut, and I had a great experience! A special thank you to Lia, who did my haircut — she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Sanela is a skin guru! I went for my first Extraction Appointment this morning off the back of her recommendation and she managed to clear pores I’ve been conscious of for years. She was gentle but thorough and checked in on my comfort level throughout the facial. Every product is explained and she gave me tailored tips for my skin type. I will be booking in again soon. Highly Recommend.

As usual , great service from Sue. Best waxer in Coventry no doubt. Makes you feel comfortable during your wax. Always super neat as well!
