⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a lovely massage and honestly came out feeling so much better. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and the whole place had a really calm, welcoming vibe. The therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I was holding tension. The pressure was just right, and it never felt rushed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and like I could finally breathe properly again. It was exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be booking again. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who needs a proper reset and some time to switch.

Amy fit me in for a paint and file on my toes and it was perfect. She does a nice job and is so sweet, the salon location is also very convenient with lots of parking around. I've booked in a regular slot now to keep the crone look at bay!

Tatjana was absolutely amazing! A beautiful lady. Suffered with stress with Neck, shoulders, back but just after 2 sessions back feels normal again! Absolutely love how i feel when i leave. you really change how i feel and hold myself the tension is literally lifted away. i feel so relaxed and unlike a massage the cupping goes much deeper helping to release muscles. I would highly recommend having cupping done.

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, this was another transformative experience at my favourite salon. I presented Lisa with a bunch of challenges - my back was a mess from too much gardening, my legs were in pain from a long term problem, my neck was beyond crunched from too much driving. 75 blissful minutes and the gentle touch of hot stones and Lisa's incredible skill, I feel rebalanced, pain free and so much calmer. Step away from the painkillers and head to Calmingales. It's always the answer.

Tatjana literally has magic fingers. She is kind, calm and caring. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had post operative manual lymphatic draining with her, and she was excellent at reducing the swelling I had. I don’t know how I would have coped without her treatment.

Gemma was fab. I mentioned back and neck pain and she really focussed on my painful area. She was very professional and we had the right amount of ‘lovely’ conversation whilst also giving me time to have head space.

This was the best reflexology treatment i have ever had. I cannot wait for the next one. A fabulous therapist .
