Sonia is always very professional, listens to my thoughts and then advises with her expertise. She is very knowledgeable, explains each part of the procedure clearly and precisely making sure you’re comfortable and pain free.

My daughter and I have a regular booking on Saturday mornings. It is perfect for me and Nicola comes to us. I have always suffered with knee, shoulder problems and lower backache when I walk. This massage is definitely helping me as my back doesn’t ache as much now when walking. Thanks to Nicola x

I recently had a massage due to pain in my upper back and neck. The therapist, Rachael was fantastic! They listened to my concerns and tailored the session perfectly. I felt immediate relief, and my tension melted away. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone dealing with similar pain
