Very comfortable and relaxing ambience. I was attended to by two lovely ladies, Nicky and Genie, who were both gentle, attentive, and highly professional. They also recommended nail colours that suited my preferences perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my manicure and pedicure, and the final result was clean, neat, and beautifully done. After searching Google and ChatGPT for reputable nail salons in London, I booked with Paint Nails (Oxford Street) based on Sam's excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did! From the warm welcome and complimentary drink to Sam's professionalism and friendly personality, everything was excellent. She brought my nail design to life beautifully and took the same care with my pedicure. I hadn't had my nails done in years, but she immediately put me at ease. I'll definitely be back! 💅🏾✨

I had such an incredible experience at Line Spa and Polish. Both Helen and Hannah did my nails (I had a gel pedicure and manicure). They both were incredibly sweet and I haven't received customer service like this in a while. They made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails (the shape, colour, etc); they even changed colours for me when I realized it I didn't love the original colour I chose. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring they were delivering a good service. Absolutely would recommend and will be back :).

Carla is an amazing nail technician who truly saved my damaged nails. Her attention to detail and care is exceptional. I love that her manicure technique is gentle—she doesn’t soak your hands in hot water or wrap your nails in acetone foil, making the whole experience much healthier for your nails. I treated myself to a classic manicure with gel polish and a classic pedicure with regular polish, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Chloe was such a lovely girl really enjoyed her company. My nails were amazing she done me a French manicure which my previous beautician said I couldn't have as my free edge was too low. Chloe wasn't fased by this and found away around it and left me so pleased. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good nail technician

First time visiting today. Very friendly and welcoming, caring, professional and knowledgeable staff. Great service and treatment. Waxing left no itching and only briefly red skin unlike when done at other salons. Manicure and pedicure both great, nails feel and look fantastic. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Free car park next to salon and suitable if you have limited mobility 2 small steps for pedicure the rest on one level. Easy online booking system and appointment reminder.

Such a great experience! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. Ani did my pedicure, and Magy did my manicure, and they were both amazing. They paid attention to every little detail and were so gentle. I have very sensitive cuticles, but I barely felt a thing. My nails turned out perfect! They also made me feel so welcome with a delicious coffee and a sweet treat. I'll definitely be back! 💕

Yesterday was my first time visiting Beauty By Lid Nail Studio and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience. I booked a Russian pedicure online and was paired with a wonderful nail tech named Ani. She did a fantastic job and answered all my questions, even those that I had about doing an upperforms manicure next time. The salon is spotless, the sanitation is flawless, the owner came over and thanked me for coming in, everyone was so polite and engaging, and the pediure is, hands down, the best I've ever had. Hannah Nails on Preston is my favourite nail salon in town! I’ve been coming here for years, and I’ve always had an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the salon is always clean. The massage chairs are my favourite part whenever I get a pedicure with the foot spa package. I highly recommend this salon!
