The girls are super friendly, but I had to wait for my manicure appointment and the nail artist had to go over the hour time slot, but still did s beautiful job! My nails look stunning! There's a male nail tech that kept making sexual jokes to the girls and hitting on the women clients. That's a little uncomfortable.

My experience was very well with Tom, he kept it real with me about my nail health and gave me tips on what I should do to better my nail health. He’s definitely very good took his time on my nails and didn’t rush the appointment at all. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Another fabulous experience at Catherine Nails! I had a broken nail that was a bit painful and Kenn took extra care to make sure she fixed it without causing any extra pain. After my longer and more detailed holiday set, I wanted something short and simple. Kenn absolutely nailed it!

Amazing. Marcy helped me so much before my appointment online and was very quick to answer my questions. Tom did a wonderful job. He had to take my acrylics off which usually hurts in other places but he was very gentle. My design done by Kelsey was incredible. Best nail place ever and I have gotten my nails done for years. **Writing this at Cravings, cause she could read my mind in what food I needed.. IYKYK😂** Bree did such a good job yet again. My pedicure was so past due and it’s so nice when they’re refreshed. Andddddd when your nail tech literally can read your mind on what color is what you needed. The one I picked wasn’t really what I was envisioning. She was like “say less” and picked the actual color I was thinking. Love that about Bree! I appreciate my self care time with you! Thanks girl! 😊

Becca did such an amazing job on my birthday nails!! She was running behind schedule, but was completely transparent about that from the time I entered the salon - I was on a time crunch so she had Bree help with my fill and completed the design while I was getting my pedicure. Although it probably was not ideal for her, she was completely accommodating to my schedule and respectful to my time. The service was 10/10 and the stunning set of nails made it 100 🤍🤍

Incredible experience with Sarah, as always. Today was extra special, as Sarah helped me dedicate this nail set to my boyfriend’s mother who recently and suddenly passed away. She made custom colors to represent a specific flower and incorporated her initial as well. My boyfriend’s mom always loved looking at my nails to see what crazy thing I decided to do. I know these ones are her favorite. If Catherine Nails wasn’t the safe space it is, I would have been to nervous to ask for something so special. I get to keep her with me for 3 more weeks. Forever grateful. 🤍 I will never forget today🤍✨

Exceptional!! The best blowout in Kalamazoo!

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!
