Such a calm relaxing salon. Great care is taken during treatment all done in privacy. Phoebe is brilliant, ensuring you are happy at each stage and great after care offered. Highley recommended.

What can I say .. I actually lost my first day's holiday but deffinately not complaining as the staff at this hotel can't do enough for you , I checked in asked about a massage as I've got away from a lot of stress and nearly a full week not sleeping and was instantly offered a massage with the hotel guest discount which was the most amazing massage ever and she was sk lovely and pleasant . I just about had enough time to get some lovely tea there and that was it , went up to my room put my head down and all beds have been so comfortable so far and that's it slept right through from 5pm :)

Just spent the last few hours with Vanessa having my nails done and a bath ritual massage!! I leave with such high spirits because Vanessa is so approachable and friendly!! Nails: I've been getting my nails done with Vanessa for a few years and shes always happy to try any design I ask for and she always succeeds! I love my nails every time. Massage: I had the "All Is Calm" bath ritual and it was so lovely. Vanessa really focuses on you and I always feel so relaxed and sleepy afterwards. Thank you Vanessa. You are amazing!!
