Meeting Jo for the first time, she made me very welcome as did her collie dog. She quickly realised I was quite stiff with muscle pain. She identified my painful areas and got to work straight away. I came in for a massage due to neck and shoulder pain from a car accident. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about muscle tension and meridian pathways. He was able to quickly identify the problem areas and effectively relieve my discomfort. I felt a noticeable improvement after the session. Highly recommend Joseph if you are dealing with pain or muscle stiffness.

Was visiting for trigger point pilates, this was my 6th weekly session, although some of the moves are quite hard I can definitely feel a difference, it gets easier, I can definitely feel an improvement with my movement

Lewis the legend. Very helpful, kind and great chat. This was my 2nd time being there. Great experience. Really helped me with calf and back pain. Dry needling and massage sorted me out. Gave me so good stretches to do at home which are important. Grateful for him and his knowledge. Well priced too. Would highly recommend to anyone with any sort of body pain.

Yolandi was absolutely wonderful. She is one of the loveliest, warmest people I have ever met and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly considerate during my massage, took my pain threshold into account and adjusted the pressure whenever needed without making it feel awkward. What an experience! I loved the peaceful location, tucked away in a beautiful garden. Dan explained exactly what to expect beforehand, which felt thoughtful, trauma-informed and never assumed prior massage experience. The massage was excellent—just the right pressure and tailored to my needs. He communicated clearly throughout, making me feel comfortable to speak up at any point. The aftercare advice was brilliant too, specific to my body and really helpful. Highly recommend!

My experience was exceptional. I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain, to the extent that I considered physical therapy. Today’s session, however, completely resolved the issue. The massage therapist was highly skilled and applied professional, targeted techniques to address my deep muscle tension. The results were transformative; I left feeling alive!
