The massage was very relaxing, but I was disappointed that despite it being a 2-hour massage, she didn’t do a full body massage. She only worked on the backs of my legs and my back for the entire two hours.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. I had a last minute appointment today with Cheryl to target cellulite for my ongoing cellulite reduction as well as sciatic pain in my leg that has been increasingly worse over the past few days. She worked over the pain and I was instantly relieved, as a severe sufferer I didn’t expect the pain to be gone for long but it’s hours later and still no return. I completed the Clinical Cellulite Remodelling Program with Saila at InBody Clinic and I’m extremely happy with the results. After having two children, I was dealing with painful, inflamed legs and cellulite. Saila assessed my body carefully and created a personalised treatment plan. My legs feel lighter, the inflammation has reduced, and my skin looks much better. The treatments are also very relaxing. This was my first time ever being exposed to this kind of treatment. The process was explained and what my possible results would be. It was similar feeling to a deep tissue massage for me but the results speak for themselves. I noticed a difference right after my treatment. I thought maybe it was the lighting but it wasn’t. Even my husband noticed the difference. I sit for long periods of time and I started to develop cellulite on my legs. I was shocked and super happy with my results after just one session.
