"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I didn't realize how much pain I was in - and I knew my pain was terrible before going to se Salomao - and I knew I was hurting. It was the best massage of my life. Painful indeed - but the relief afterwards brought tears to my eyes on my way home. I don't know how he did it but I will definitely be back. It felt although a new world has been opened to me and the future is looking much brighter with more space for myself and others. The constant pain and tightness has had me feeling trapped in life. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. My first experience of ear acupuncture and first Thai massage . Firstly the girls are just amazing really lovely experience. I suffer with chronic pain for over 20years . I didn't know what to expect as she placed ears seeds at one point the pain in my lower back was completely gone , this morning leaving the house I was barely able to move and within minutes of her working on my left ear I had full relief.
