Memory was an absolutely wonderful nail technician. Her work is so neat and precise, and we had a lovely time chatting whilst she did my nails. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Bonus: I was offered a cup of coffee! Best BOA I’ve been to :)

I had such an amazing experience here. My nail artist was honestly incredible and I’m completely obsessed with how my nails turned out. I was offered coffee when I arrived which was such a nice touch and even though I asked for a French manicure on short notice she made it work without any stress. She even offered to do a cute design on one nail of each hand even though we were tight on time and she still managed it perfectly. The design was this gorgeous gold chrome detail and it just looks so cool and elegant. I’ve been staring at my nails ever since and getting so many compliments.

The best service in town! I’ve tried most nail bars in the city, and none of them compare. I always leave happy with how my nails look, and what I appreciate most is how much the ladies care about maintaining the health of my natural nails. Plax is incredibly skilled at doing nails. My polygel set was done beautifully. The precision, neatness, and attention to detail were next level. Every nail was perfectly shaped and flawless. On top of that, her calm, gentle demeanor made the whole experience so relaxing. I genuinely loved everything about this set and the process. Highly recommend Plax if you want top-tier nails done right.

Valdene is an absolutely fantastic nail technician. Her attention to detail is incredible, and every set of nails she creates is a little work of art. She always takes the time to make sure the design is perfect, and her creativity and skill really shine through in every appointment. My nails always look beautiful and last so well. Not only did my nails turn out PERFECT, but the atmosphere is calm, inviting & luxurious. Gigibella truly pays attention to detail down from the music they play, the staff, their delicious drink options and the stunning nail services. Definitely my new go-to nail salon.

I loved the nail tech I just forgot to do proper inspection my nails had a bit sharp edges I normal remove it. So I had to buy me a nail fail and remove it. The nail tech gave me very good advised and I will follow her advise I’m glad I was there.

My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

If I could give Valdene 100 stars, I would! As a chronic nailbiter, I have struggled for very long to have beautiful nails, and I have gone through my fair share of nail techs who have laughed at or judged my hands, hurt me and done a poor job. Valdene is the opposite!! She is kind and caring, truly cares about her work and is a perfectionist. My last 3 sets have been the best I have ever had!!!
