Had a great experience with Aracely! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I got a wax and a facial, and both were excellent. The waxing was thorough with great attention to detail, and my skin felt amazing after the facial. The place was clean, relaxing, and everything was handled professionally. I had my first waxing appointment with Sam and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam. Overall a great service, eyebrow waxing, tinting and full bikini wax. Eyebrows look fantastic. Beauty therapist was really good. I was disappointed to see there wasn't a "no double dipping" policy however. I think this would be a great addition to a lovely salon.

Tasha is a lovelyyyyy person and I absolutely adore her However I can tell that with my texture of skin and type of hair it was a bit of a challenge I wasn’t fully satisfied because all of the hair wasn’t fully removed With darkskin people you have to use powder on the skin before starting the waxing and u have to leave it dry for the whole process before putting any liquid on else the hair would not come off fully. The wax was a bit too hot majority of the time so that was a bit uncomfortable. This is not a bad review just some points that I wanted to state

Tiana was really kind and lovely, she made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I had an arm and leg wax and she did a great job, would highly recommend. I can't recommend this salon enough! I've been coming here for a long time for everything from nails and waxing to skincare treatments, and every visit is amazing. Today I had the soothing HydraFacial, and my skin feels so much clearer, smoother and calmer—it genuinely feels refreshed. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing too. The facial, along with the head, arm and hand massages, was absolute bliss. I left feeling completely pampered, relaxed and glowing. I can't wait for my next visit!

Absolutely cannot thank Rio enough, she such a lovely person and fantastic at her job. Gosia is the one to go to if you want the perfect and least painful waxing! I have been to a few girls for waxing and she is the best, hands down! Even the Hollywood wax was like a walk in the park, never had a Hollywood that didn't hurt! She is also super friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you meet her. It was my first time with Sheila and she was so patient with me. I did bikini wax and I am very sensitive with waxing but I can say with confidence that the pain was bare minimum, I am even considering a full wax for the next time. I had my full arms, underarms, full legs, and Hollywood wax done today by Pooja, and she was absolutely amazing! I have very sensitive pain receptors, so I was expecting the waxing to be quite uncomfortable, but I barely felt any pain at all, especially during the Hollywood wax, which was incredible. Pooja was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.
