Very friendly, relaxing and cozy environment Megan provides, she makes sure that I am happy with the colour, shape and design. I did cats-eye baby pink design, am now obsessed cute shiny nails of mine ✨ 💅🏻 I recommend all girls in Chester to go this salon 😊

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Absolutely loved getting my nails done by Megan at Nail Haven! My nails have genuinely never looked so good, the set-up was gorgeous and Megan is such a calming person that it made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. She had loads of colours to choose from and I couldn’t have been happier with the result! The gels lasted just under 4 weeks (around 27 days) and looked amazing that whole time (no peeling/chipping etc) and my nails also seemed in good condition after it was removed which I don’t usually get! Overall 10/10, definitely want Megan as my regular nail technician!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Wow I have some serious radiance after the new Korean glass facial. I began with an honestly dreamy hot stone massage. The best I’ve had. The pressure was absolute perfection and left me so relaxed! Followed on with a gorgeous Korean facial. Even my two young daughters noticed how glowy my skin looked. I’ve been going to Becky for years for nails and her treatments are absolutely amazing. Professional, calm & inviting setting. I left today floating on a relaxed cloud. Thank you Becky 🩷
