My appointment was good today, she was lovely. I had BIAB removed and opted for a file and polish. I am used to BIAB and was expecting to put my hands under the lamp. I caught one of my nails on the handle of my bag as I finished and it smudged. Luckily I was able to get the nail repainted. It was a change, but I will be back to BIAB.

Excellent as per usual. Michaela was a pleasure to have the giggles and chat with. I actually had to get most of my nails trimmed as they've been growing at different lengths. It's nice to have them all the same length. Can't believe that I can say that after all the nail biting years and other treatments.

Really enjoyed my treatment today - biab on natural nail, with Zoe. Very chatty and knew what I wanted once she saw the pic I brought in. Proud of the fact I don't bite my nails any more, only took 40+ years!! I've never had nails this long in my life! I've had the gels acrylics etc before, but these are my *OWN* strong natural nails.

Back this morn for shellac application with Hope. Again a great experience, relaxed atmosphere, lovely chat. The girls here know nails and are amazing at what they do. Listen to them and you'll be amazed at how gorgeous your nails can be. Sometimes it's a process but it is worth it. Mine have gone from abused and little nail beds to lovely healthy 'normal' length. Love the red today! Back soon. Thanks again ladies x

I really enjoy my BIAB nail treatment with Deborah today she is lovely and a very good nail technician. These are the best shellac nails I have ever gotten. So neatly and cleanly put on thank you so much ☺️ I’m looking forward to my next appointment in the Glow Up Beauty Lounge it’s a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are lovely
