I had my first visit to this salon for a luxury pedicure, and honestly, I’m so impressed. The staff were welcoming and friendly which is always a bonus when you are trying somewhere new. The pedicure itself was incredible - super relaxing and really thorough. Every step felt thoughtful, from the soak to the exfoliation and massage. You can tell they really take their time and care about the experience, not just the result (although my nails look perfect too!) It genuinely felt like a little escape rather than just an appointment. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and planning my next visit!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Carrie enough. My nails were in such a damaged state and I was really nervous about getting them done again, but Carrie completely put me at ease. She used HEMA-free BIAB which was exactly what I needed, and took so much care with my natural nails throughout the whole appointment. The finish is absolutely flawless – they look so natural, healthy, and strong again. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about nail health, not just how they look on the day. Such a lovely, calming experience from start to finish. Thank you Carrie! x

A wonderful nail salon. My first visit but certainly not my last. My nails were exactly what I had in mind. Done to perfection. Tom is knowledgeable about nails, is warm and very welcoming. Super efficient. Very happy customer.

I reallly enjoyed my pamper package at the knutsford medi and beauty spa with Chloe. Chloe was attentive to my needs and applied just the right pressure for my back massage which she checked with me to see if it was ok. Lovely relaxing facial too. Thank you.

Appointment was originally booked for 4pm then it was changed to 4.10 and then again to 4.20. We arrived before our appointment and left in a back room. No one engaged or apologised that appointment time passed and they were running late. Once with Gracie everything went well and my daughter got the design and colours she wanted. Daughter very happy with the nail quality and designs Worth the wait but always engage customers and apologise for being or running late
