This was first nail appointment with Sonia, and she definitely deserves a 5star review! The salon is lovely and Sonia is very friendly and professional, the whole process was explained to me throughout and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Considering my nails are quite short, I couldn’t be happier with what Sonia has done using builder gel with a french tip, they are very elegant! Now to grow them before my next appointment. Highly recommend! Thank you! 🤩

Khloe was so nice and easy to talk with. Very professional set up and great selection of services/ colours. She had a loyalty card system and some nice looking business cards, which really showed she cared for her clients. Definitely worth the visit for lovely nails for a great price. Will be coming again, best experience I’ve had to date ! X

My second time at Cozy Retreat and another wonderful experience. My previous builder gel and Polish lasted over 4 weeks and would have lasted longer. Not a chip in sight. This time I've had them freshened up and my first ever matching pedicure. Nicole is calming, professional and can answer any question I ask (there are normally many!).
