If only the experience of being at Alison's salon could be bottled. It's not even as if my most recent treatment was one you would book as a treat (electrolysis), but always I come away from Alison's feeling more positive. She is also so professional and impossible to beat when doing treatments. I can't recommend Alison highly enough having been a client for 23 years!

Nails done by Chloe who converted me from acrylics to biab and she does a fab job, I’ll never look back. Chloe is a lovely, chatty and friendly little sole. All the staff at Sybaris are lovely, it’s a great salon.

Had 2 more beauty treatments with Nicola yesterday, gel manicure and leg wax. Very happy with my nails and silky smooth legs. Staff are friendly and punctual. Salon has a relaxed calm atmosphere, special thank you to my beauty therapist Nicola. I'll be booking here again when I visit ffrom NZ next year

Just had a pedicure with Nicola. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Nicola is both professional and very kind. The salon is clean and all the staff I met are friendly. I would recommend it to others.

Liene was lovely & the salon space was great. Lots of choice of colours & sparkles too and Liene gave great advice on the best shape and structure for my nails! Ivy the dog was gorgeous aswell and very friendly. Love my nails & toes, thank you so much 😊

After couple of false starts due to me being not well I finally got my nails done! Becky is lovely and very professional, she rescued my grotty nails after 3 years of neglect. Very competitively priced and cosy salon! Very enjoyable 😊

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area.
