As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! Had a lovely pedicure. Was offered a drink on arrival and the massage chair set up. The technician was very attentive and thorough. It was very relaxing and my feet and toes looked amazing!

I’ve been to Sofia multiple times and always come away happy with my nails, she is able to do many designs and makes sure that you are happy with them throughout the appointment. she is very chatty and a lovely woman ! I have been to other places when I have left it too late to book but I always come back as she always does such a great job!
