I don’t really do reviews but i know they help others when choosing the right counsellor etc Kate is simply amazing at what she does, the care, support and knowledge she has is incredible! Ive certainly showed some different sides to me in sessions and shes cared for every side, but also calls me out on some of my bullsh*t too which i needed. If you’re in need of a counsellor then id 100% recommend Kate. Ive come so far with her and i know we’re gonna get to where i want to be. Shes one of the only people i trust and you can go in there and not be judged. You wont be disappointed 😌

Wow....was blown away by Kate's liquid crystal therapy. Am a regular with Kate & her amazing intuitive massages are the best but this time added the liquid crystals to my session. Let's just say liquid crystals is like a 21 day reset & healing/clearing for whatever physical ailments or emotional traumas that have been trapped within. I have done psychotherapy before but liquid crystals goes beyond just healing these issues, it heals your soul as well. Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. Such a wonderful experience! Fiona is truly amazing at her craft, and her attention to every detail is next level. The space itself is so warm and inviting, creating a super relaxing atmosphere. My ear acupuncture treatment and the truly wonderful, deeply relaxing, and calming guided meditation during the session was incredible. Very reassuring and put at ease with friendly and understanding service. I used to be sceptical about this kind of service but my trust in Emma Kirke out weighed my doubts. This was my second session with Michaela and we are bonding well and I'm definitely getting much more beneficial gain than any tablet or liquid provided by GPs & Specialists and I'm sure that long term my mental health will also grow stronger as I'm giving myself a reason to be out in the world again. Michelle is brilliant and she’s helped so much with my mental health. Her solution focused approach allows me to seek more positive outcomes and approach the challenges I face with more control. We discuss situations that arise in my day to day life and she helps to make them feel less overwhelming. I really had a great experience during my counselling session today. I felt so down from the start of the session but the psychologist who attended me showed empathy and listened to me intently. It's not awkward talking to her at all. She even gave me specific coping strategies and I felt excited to do them. At the end of the session I felt so much hope that I can overcome my depression. I had a Bowen/Reiki session last night and honestly woke up feeling so much lighter today. My nervous system feels calmer and more at ease, which is exactly what I needed. Lisa was incredibly in tune with me throughout the session and really understood that I’m needing some extra support around balance and looking after myself at the moment. We also had a really helpful discussion about what’s best moving forward, which made me feel supported rather than overwhelmed. I’m so grateful for the space she holds. I’ve had three somatic therapy sessions with Nerys and each one was completely different. Somatic therapy helps release stored emotions by tuning into the body. My first session was intense with unexpected fear, the second was calming and left me feeling light, and the third felt surreal, like I was visiting the future. Nerys was incredibly patient and gently guided me through each experience. Her support made me feel safe throughout. Highly recommended if you're open to deep, body-based healing.
