I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. I encourage you to support Rachael now she is self employed to a) receive the best treatments in Harrogate & b) to help a new business grow. I will be returning & returning. A very happy client ❤️

I left yesterday with the prettiest nails done by Lauren, I was so impressed. She somehow gets better every time I go to her, and I won't go to anyone else. She's very meticulous about nail prep and it shows in the longevity of my set each month. The studio is always clean and neat as well which is fantastic

The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

Despite having BIAB at other salons, I was having issues with brittle and weak nails —after just one appointment with Rachael I can already see and feel a difference in my nail health. Love having my nails done with Millie. Very professional, with great attention to detail. The salon itself is lovely and everyone there is very friendly and professional. Millie has a great choice of colours and also does nail art and something a little different if you want. Millie always tries to accommodate you and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Also has a loyalty scheme which is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millie to anyone.
