I have been a loyal client of Prep's since August 2017 and visited today for the first time in 4 weeks with my 3-week old baby. I would like to commend Hybrie on her patience with my one hand in the oven, one hand on the baby and whilst there was so much movement, executed the perfect French manicure. I moved from Paarl 3 years ago, but Prep has always been and will always be my go-to for beauty treatments because of the amazing staff, 5-star service and welcoming atmosphere of the salon. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment yesterday, I got a manicure with French gel tips and a full pedi with gel done. I was very impressed with the quality of the service, the cleanliness of the salon, the quality of the products that was used (Bio Sculpture) and also the sanitation that was practiced. I am a beauty salon owner myself and I have very high standards, to say I was very impressed is an understatement. I have received multiple compliments on my nails today and have been referring everyone to you guys. Thank you so much for the excellent work😊🌸

I had the most amazing experience at The Beauty Vault yesterday! I did a gel overlay on both my hands and feet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Whelan is truly the best nail tech — professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you Cormarie for your time and the very nice pamper. 🌹❤️ I would like to make a suggestion if I may. The nail tech and her clients are a bit loud. Whould you please consider having earplugs at hand for the clients. Or put up a notice if someone is in for a massage. And they can be a bit quieter. Otherwise I had a lovely time!

I had bad regrowth and the blonde specialist did magic on my hair. I am so impressed. My nails also came out good. Needs some work on shaping nails, but otherwise really good! Happy client. Will go back.
