A friend recommended Browizorro to me, and I can completely see why! Katalina was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain why I’d had a bad reaction during a previous threading appointment year’s ago and asked thoughtful questions about my skincare products before waxing. The whole experience was incredibly professional and reassuring, it was the gentlest waxing treatment I’ve ever had. My eyebrows are beautifully tidy and natural, I’m happy with the result and will not be put off having them threaded next time! Highly recommend – 10/10 service!

Ash was amazing! Full face threading (including eyebrows) plus eyelash and eyebrow tint and I am so pleased with the results. Ash removed every hair and was so gentle. Highly recommend!

Francesca knows exactly what she’s doing. Every eyebrow threading and tint is done so tastefully and with such precision that I trust her completely with my eyebrows. I never feel under- or over-threaded, and she always makes sure I’m happy with the depth of my eyebrow tint. She remembers what I like and what suits my face, which makes all the difference. Fast and friendly. Little story time, I've been here for about over 2 years now and bookings were full at the time I needed to do eyebrows urgently for an event as I grow a whole unibrow very fast and I mean my brows will grow so quick, long and full within 3 weeks, went to another eyebrow parlour and messed my eyebrows up and came to adapt and fixed my eyebrows again. Had a really great experience getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Jazz was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She took her time to shape my brows perfectly and checked I was happy throughout. The threading was gentle and much less painful than I expected, and the tint colour was spot on—natural but made such a difference. My brows look so much fuller, defined and tidy. Really pleased with the result and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

My first appointment with Magi today and I am so impressed. I wanted natural-looking classic lashes, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. She really listened to what I wanted and thoroughly explained what would work best with my natural lashes. She also threaded my eyebrows while I was there and, wow, they look fantastic! ShuShu's work is fabulous! Since I moved to Canada i.e. for past 3 years, I haven't had the courage to trust anyone with my eyebrows. I took a leap of faith with Shio Studio and ShuShu and I am so glad I did! I am very satisfied with the results. I had eyebrow threading & hybrid tinting done. She was very meticulous with eyebrow mapping making sure they are even and aligned. Her technique of eyebrow threading is almost painless. I wasn't expecting to survive the pain.
