My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Oyu’s pedicure service was incredibly gentle, while Amy expertly crafted my gel-x nails, which were my first time getting them. I had a vision of minimal yet elegant nails for an upcoming wedding anniversary event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Front desk person is professional, kind & provides great customer service. Vivian always does a lovely thorough manicure and takes extra care. It was my first time with Emmy who did a great job on my feet but wasn’t friendly and seemed distracted talking to other nail technicians or looking away and rather than telling me what she wanted to do with my feet she’d just tap the area my feet were resting. I didn’t feel comfortable or relaxed getting my feet done. Also the cat eye glitter nails I did should not be $20 more than regular gel. The sample is very misleading for how it actually looks

Natalie was one of the best nail beautician I have met. Only person that took care of nail cuticles without rushing or hurting. Great precision on applying builder gel and nails look very natural. Booked with Nikki the morning of my service. Luckily she had openings available. She was courteous and prompt. She paid special attention to my French pedicure request. I also got the Russian manicure with gel/builder in a light pink tone to make it look more natural. My nails look so clean!

Deborah is incredible! I’ve been to her for gel nail extensions three times now and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is professional but incredibly easy to talk to, she takes care of your nails and you can just relax while she does it. Love her and highly highly recommend!

Linda is a lovely lady with a calm private space to have your nails done. She is very accommodating. I got Gel extensions and she took her time doing the service. She was super easy to chat to. There was parking available and she kindly provided a very cute goodie bag on first visit. ♡ ♡ ♡ Would highly recommend. My visit with Amy was stellar from start to finish! She took her time, paid great attention to cuticle care, and was so gentle and soothing throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. She also convinced me to try builder gel for the first time - and she was completely right! Had such a great experience at House of Nails! Jade did an amazing job on my nails. I also loved the atmosphere. The music was great and our chats made the appointment so enjoyable. Jade was really informative too, giving me lots of tips on what to do (and what to avoid), and answered all my questions about BIAB vs gel x etc. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work.

Overall, I am super happy with my visit and will definitely be back! Julie handled my brow mapping, waxing, and tweezing and did an incredible job—flawless service! Kelly did my gel extensions with a bright pink French tip that she freehanded, which was super impressive. As someone with small, deep-set nails, I’m used to a bit of glue touching the skin or edges getting slightly clipped during the final file, but the nails look fantastic unless you are literally holding them up to your nose to inspect them. I'm very satisfied, love the look, and would highly recommend booking with both of them!

I first came for brow and lash lamination and ended up booking nails after chatting about my concerns. I had my nail appointment yesterday and already feel such a difference! We switched back to BIAB from hard gel/extensions — it was quick, completely painless and you can tell the knowledge is amazing.
