The facilities were beautiful and clean, but the highlight was definitely the lady spa host who made our experience so special. From her warm greetings to guiding us through the facilities, and even the little chats we had when she passed by, she truly embodied the spirit of the spa. This was by far the best spa experience I have had Rosie gave me a swedish massage and I am so chilled. All of the team were lovely made us feel welcome. I came with a friend who I am visiting for the weekend. I will defiantly visit again when I am in Scotland 🥰

We had an amazing day at the spa. Reason for good instead of great is we weren't happy with choices of food for afternoon tea or 2 course set lunch option. Only other negative was that the floor by the poolside/spa area was very slippy in our spa slippers and we did have a few near misses.

Myself & my sister attended the Aura Spa (March) and both of our therapists were amazing! I had a full body massage which was genuinely the best massage I have ever received - the beds are heated and so comfortable and my therapist was very thorough during an initial quick consultation & throughout the entire massage, really focusing on my problem areas. My sister received the ESPA 55 min facial & said it was such a soothing experience including a head and neck massage, & the therapist gave her a full list of the products used at the end of treatment, her skin is glowing & brighter!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Spa facilities are excellent, staff are welcoming and friendly. Hero Treatment (couples suite) with Afternoon Tea was a much needed treat for my husband and I. Relaxed, replenished and with full tummies Highly recommend.

Very nice spa, loved the outdoor jacuzzi, just a few aspects of the facial let it down, there were some times when just fingers held on face in different areas.....didn't add much. Facial massage not sttimg enough, more like stroking. But nice treatment overall and vey professional therapist. Really need conditioner in the showers....just had to do that when I came home as couldn't get a brush through my hair. I never like a body wash and shampoo combined to be honest.

The spa is stunning, with a lovely atmosphere, and friendly and attentive staff. The heated massage table was a lovely touch, and my therapist gave the perfect amount of pressure. I had asked for a relaxing massage, though the pace at which it was given felt more vigorous than I would consider for a relaxing massage and I felt like I was being pushed and pulled about the bed somewhat, which again, I wouldn’t consider typically relaxing. Had I asked for vigorous and energising I’d have given five stars! All in all, I’d thoroughly recommend the Aura Spa.

What a wonderful experience my friend and I had today at the Aura spa. The new manager is a wee gem and so helpful and friendly. My therapist. Nicola, was just fabulous. She made me feel at ease straight away and I had one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had! The whole spa is so luxurious and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!

Had a fabulous day at the aura spa with my sister . Staff were really friendly Shona was my therapist and I had a great facial and massage Lunch was nice but service was a bit slow . Overall a lovely spa day. Will come again

Wonderfully relaxing full body massage and use of spa facilities. Especially loved the outdoor hydrotherapy pool in the gorgeous countryside surroundings. Just a suggestion - could you consider putting an outside clock at the hydrotherapy pool in order to keep a check on time for treatments. Many others mentioned the same thing that day too.

Initial meeting with spa manager was very friendly and welcoming, excellent people skills and made us all feel happy to be there. We were all impressed with our treatments. My therapist, Andrea, was excellent and made me feel very relaxed.
