They took the time to make sure that they provided excellent customer service. Ivania and Kay made sure that the work was done to the highest level of excellence. After searching Google and ChatGPT for reputable nail salons in London, I booked with Paint Nails (Oxford Street) based on Sam's excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did! From the warm welcome and complimentary drink to Sam's professionalism and friendly personality, everything was excellent. I had such an incredible experience at Line Spa and Polish. Both Helen and Hannah did my nails (I had a gel pedicure and manicure). They both were incredibly sweet and I haven't received customer service like this in a while. They made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails (the shape, colour, etc); they even changed colours for me when I realized it I didn't love the original colour I chose. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring they were delivering a good service. Absolutely would recommend and will be back :).

Kate is the most professional nail technician I’ve ever met. She truly cares about what she does and pays attention to every detail. I had a regular manicure and pedicure, and my nails still looked perfect after 3 weeks — usually mine last only a few days! She also gives helpful care advice and explains the techniques if you’re curious. She really understands exactly what each client needs. I’m very happy I found her. I always come back to this salon/spa. Layla’s service of morrocan hamam is unmatched, she really comforts you and refreshes you. I feel so refreshed and clean after the Hamam. The ladies that did my nails and pedicure are so sweet, I honestly come back for them everytime because they do it so well and I love their energy!! My mani/pedi lasts me so long, this is why I always come back, bema does such a good job at Russian manicure that keeps my nail healthy which is important to me.

I wish I still lived in Brooklyn. Only because GA it is hard to find black owned salons who actually care about your natural nails. Keyana gave me a great pedicure, took her time with the polish and made sure she painted my entire nail. Another young lady super sweet, Criss. I love when people teach me new things and she was removing what I thought was acrylic from a nail job back in March. Well it was to mysurprise to find out from Criss that it was not acrylic on my nails…but MMA an illegal substance asian shops use (because its cheaper). I am livid but greatful for Criss.
