Top bloke and first class massage. He's the guy you go to if you actually want a problem to be fixed. He makes you feel very and ease and good crack.👏 I've been for a lot of massages since moving to Cumbria and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Mark was very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. He explained what to expect from the massage and the space was warm and cosy. He maintained my dignity and was respectful through out. The hot stone massage was so soothing and relaxing, real treat.

Made to feel welcome and at ease straight away, lovely clean sauna. The massage was overdue- my back and neck have been really tight and painful for about 9 months. Recently it’s been tingling with the tightness over one muscle. Mark pinpointed the problem straight away and worked on the area - one of those ‘nice pains’! Really felt effective and a deep massage but also very relaxing. The massage bed is heated and the room was lovely and warm. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for a massage from now on! The tension in my back has reduced dramatically. Booking in again very soon!

Excellent first sauna session. We booked the offer 3 for 2 as a couple and both really enjoyed the experience. Very calming to cool off after with the robes, slippers and water provided. Relaxing as well as having loads of additional health benefits that Mark explained to us. Mark is a top bloke, really knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He has set up an excellent provision with Revive - a Community Intrest Company - Kendal is lucky to has his services located here.

I've been visiting Mark for a while now and have more recently started using the sauna every week. I suffer with ongoing chronic pain, and have found the sauna in conjunction with massage to help alleviate my symptoms slightly. I have no doubt that with continued use, I will feel thee benefits more. Mark is a brillaint therapist, who is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering with pain, as his intense knowledge of how the human body works, from his PT background, makes for a far superior massage compared to any beauty massages I've had before.
