I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. I felt listened too and it was apparent as I leave everytime feeling 100x better than when I walked in. Thank you Andrius, see you for my fourth massage ASAP 😃

I have had a lot of massages both Thai massage and regular massage. The massage I had at Thai Massage and Spa in Frodsham is one of the very best I have had. My masseuse was clearly very knowledgable in Thai massage and identified my problem areas and worked on them. I could feel the difference in my stance and how my weight was balanced more evenly on my feet afterwards. I am a big fan of Thai massage as I believe it works not only on the muscles but also more deeply on the fascia which is good for your whole lymph system and rebalancing your body. Definitely recommend this spa.

I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

Jenny was so friendly and knowledgeable, the sports massage was great and now I feel ready for running the Chester marathon this weekend. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and can ease tight/stiff muscles then Yasien is your guy. I also love the small touches such as the heated bed, water/snacks, music and hot towel to finish. Thank you so much Yasien, see you again soon!

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.
