Great appointment. Nicola is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything to do with the body. She listened to me about the pain and discomfort I’ve been having and was able to locate the problems and work to ease them. She tailored the massage and session to my exact needs and explained everything as she went along.

Really lovely reflexology session. Very relaxing. For me it was a present so not there for any specific reason, just general relaxation and very much enjoyed. I am sure if you are looking for help with a specific problem it would be more targeted and very helpful. A gorgeous experience either way, highly recommend.

Just had a fantastic massage from Nicola. Went because of lower back issues and had a consultation with Nicola before she started. She worked out quickly where the issue was coming from and got started on it. Once finished and I stood up, I could instantly feel a difference. Fantastic massage and Nicola is brilliant and knows her stuff inside out. Will definitely be back again to see her.
