Iga was excellent, sport massage was very relaxing and helpful, she was communicating very well, by asking how I feel, if the pressure too was much/not enough, and was really good at acknowledging which areas on the body in particular needed massaging. Completely removed multiple pains I've had from upper and lower body and shoulders, released body tension and several heavily build up knots. Looking forward to come back again!

Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance!
