I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

Another great sports massage with Lauren. Local and professional. Best way to describe is my regular factory reset. Targeted aches in back are dealt with every time and I am good to go again. Regular massage is recommended as helps long term. Didn't think it would help me but does every time
