A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

I feel really lucky to have found Phoebe for massage therapy. I feel like I am walking on air after each session and I always leave with a new piece of knowledge or something to explore. Phoebe has given me the confidence to try new therapies and I am really enjoying both cupping and acupuncture. She is very skilled, passionate and knowledgeable. The best gift you can give yourself is some time with Zen Bodies.

I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She knows exactly where to find my tight muscles without me having to explain exactly where they are and deals with them expertly, going deep enough by applying enough pressure without me being in agony. She not only does massages but can also deal with scar tissue! She’s an absolutely brilliant find and I’m very happy she was recommended to me.

Natasha is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Due to medical conditions I have a massage every 3 weeks or less so I know a good therapist when I get one. Thankyou very much, will see you next time I visit the UK

Natasha really knows her stuff! As well as a great massage, she got right to the source of the problem in my back and it's no longer tight, stiff, or painful!

Don’t go anywhere else! The lovely Natasha will give you the best massage/ reflexology treatment ever! She is kind and caring too, I felt better after just one treatment!

I’ve been to a few sports masseuses in my time but have stuck with Natasha for years now! She really does have magic hands and goes straight to the problem to fix it. I’m bewildered after all this time as to how she can find the issue so quickly but she can. She’s great fun and a very sweet person, too. I always leave pain-free and relaxed. She is worth every penny.
