Paola was so welcoming and friendly. I had booked a luxury mani/pedi and it did not disappoint! The set up, the bed, the blankets, the massage, the care and attention to my hands and feet, it was all top tier. Can not recommend enough!

The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. Back for my second session with Charn and I’m blown away again. She blends dry needling, scraping, cupping and massage seamlessly – it’s not just treatment, it feels like proper care. She’s professional but also warm and approachable, so you instantly feel comfortable. The results are fantastic: tightness gone, aches eased, and I feel recharged for days afterwards. It’s rare to find someone this good – I honestly can’t recommend Charn highly enough.

The name says it all - healing hands!!!! This is my 3rd appointment and every time Charn finds the niggle and makes it disappear. My achilles, shoulder, hip - you name it Charn has sorted it. So professional, knowledgeable and puts you at ease straight away. It's so hard to find good sports therapists and now I have I'm going no where else.

It was my first appointment with Robert, I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in. The advice I received from him was really helpful and will definitely become a regular client. Another plus is plentiful free parking, which rare in Solihull. I recommend this salon.
