I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Whilst I’ve had sports massage in the past, it was my first time visiting SB massage. My appointment was with Katie who did a really great job. I’d had a sore shoulder from the gym which has been getting progressively worse, in addition I’ve been really tight from my full time desk job but, Katie worked wonders and I’ve come away feeling much better and having already booked my next appointment with her again!
