Great service

Great location. Therapist Clare was lovely, very friendly and chatty but also let me relax and zone out during the treatment. Feeling great the day after, feels like my legs are flushed. I should have measured but definitely feels better post treatment.

Only one word for a treatment with Sharon. OUTSTANDING. Straight in, found the problem, rectified with the necessary massage, and 1hr later I walk out a different person. Need to know my limits and not push myself so far before I book Sharon. Thank you

Nathans is really thorougher and just in One appointment I learnt what the issues are and what I need to do to fix it aswell as some hands on work to alleviate symptoms. I’ll definitely be back!

Been struggling with my upper body for years, had pain in my neck and shoulder. After visiting twice I’ve had a range of moment with my neck I’ve not had in years.

I cannot recommend Bicester Body Balance highly enough. Sharon is an exceptional sports massage therapist whose expertise and care make a real difference. Whenever I experience any aches or injuries, she addresses them effectively and restores balance. As someone who trains regularly, I greatly value her treatments for keeping my body performing at its best.
