I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

Very Highly recommend Sam..... always feel so much better afterwards! Starting having sports massage therapy sessions with Sam when I was training for a marathon hike, but continue to have sessions which really helps with postural issues from sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.

Pawel makes you feel very relaxed. It was the first time I have had a deep tissue massage, but wanted one as I suffer from periodic neck and back pain. Pawel made sure I was comfortable throughout and was attentive to my responses. I will definitely return and I highly recommend. Thank you.

I haven’t seen Pawel for a while, but since returning to the gym and starting running again, I’ve picked up a few aches and pains. One visit reminded me why I keep coming back. Pawel is excellent at what he does and always seems to find exactly what’s causing the problem. He’s friendly, professional, and uses just the right amount of pressure during the massage. Wiki made me feel really comfortable. I have not had a body massage before, so she made this whole experience wonderful. Everything was clean, lovely calm music in the background. I had a full body scrub. I told her to be easy as I have back pain. So she took this into account and did her thing. Felt really great afterwards. Next time I will probably get it her last appointment so I can go home shower and hit the bed.

One week post operation and came in today for a lymphatic drainage massage. Walked out feeling so much better, and I have continued to feel great throughout the day! It was gentle and calming. Can’t wait to come back!

Wiki was amazing! I had severe upper back pain and tightness, she listened to exactly what I wanted and needed, checked the pressure and adjusted as needed. Very friendly and will be returning for another visit. 100% recommend.
