I had the Classic hair bath and the full back neck and shoulder massage. It was fantastic! The massage and the scalp massage were very relaxing. I loved the product Courtney put on my scalp before the blow dry. I felt so refreshed! 10/10, I would definitely recommend.

Maria is the best. I had two different types of facial massages so far, both felt extremely relaxing. I usually have a lot of tension on my face and head, leading to migraine headaches. I feel that the deep tissue facial massages really help release the tension. I am not sure if they will help with improving my face contour yet. But the relaxation alone is worth it for me. I almost fall asleep both times. I will come back for more for sure.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with Hailey! She gave a wonderful massage, multiple thorough washes, and my hair looked great after the blow out! This was my 1st time at the Santa Clara location and liked that there are lots of food options in the area. The only feedback is my back (bra) ended up all wet after the wash, otherwise would give it a 5/5!

I’m 10 weeks post op from a tummy tuck with lipo to my flanks and back. I know the importance of lymphatic drainage massages after surgery. I was researching the best massage therapists in the Bay Area, and wasn’t quite finding someone who specializes in many techniques. I was referred to Maria from a co-worker. I’m soooo glad I went with Pro Beauty Palo Alto and was able to have Maria. She was extremely kind, extremely thorough, and really made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She did half my tummy to show me the difference in contour and I was amazed! I left booking my next visit

Amazing experience all around! I think this has to be my favorite head spa places I have been to. I had done the 90 minute Velvet Signature. I got a fantastic massage, my scalp feels amazing, and my hair is so smooth and shiny. Benny was the one who took care of me and he was awesome, he truly had magic hands! Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

I did the couple velvet signature with my husband. We came on a Friday night at 5 pm and were welcomed with an analysis of our scalp. They gave some good advice on how to improve your scalp so that was nice. They started with a massage, then did a facial massage and the scalp routine. I felt like they took their time with it because we were there for quite some time. And they ended it with blow drying our hair and he actually styled it which was nice. I would def come back!

Suezie was fantastic. I felt like a king throughout my treatment. I did the 25min upper body massage and the 60 minute scalp treatment. Both portions were relaxing and my hair and scalp felt so freshed when I was done! Fellas, this type of treatment isn't only for women, take of your head! Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I went to Head Spa for a couples experience called Couples Serenity Experience. Each guest alternates sessions and enjoys a Ayurvedic Scalp Treatment, while the other receives a 30/60 minute back/shoulder massage along with a private sauna session. I booked this service for my husbands birthday and he loved it! What would have made this experience better is more privacy between the services. There were a few times when a person would poke their head into the room during my service. I think there needs to be a more effective form of communication between the providers.

I went for the Royal Serenity Scalp Treatment Package and it was great. Honestly, the best part was the back massage (which you start with) 10/10. She deep cleaned and masked my hair/head - it was so relaxed and clean when I left. Tips: +The room is nice and cool, so wear socks if you get cold feet like I do. +If you wear contacts, make sure to bring something so you can take them out during the treatment. +If you have any skin concerns or sensitivities, make sure you articulate them at the very beginning, once you start, you'll be so relaxed you might forget to bring them up!

Courtney was great! The atmosphere was so relaxing and she gave a wonderful head/neck/shoulder massage. She was very knowledgeable in scalp care and said she’d send me specific products that I could look up on my own. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Had a facial, 30 min massage, and shiro-lepa hair treatment. Courtney was very professional and informative about her services. Surprisingly affordable for the quality. Will be back to try her other hair services.
