Had such a great time! As someone with fibromyalgia I am constantly in pain and have tense muscles, getting a deep tissue massage helped me release so much tension and it was just an overall welcoming, comfortable, and calming experience. Ana is a human angel who is excellent at massage therapy. Her deep tissue massage is the best I have ever had at working to get knots out of my back. I have scoliosis and Ana helps reduce the amount of pain I have. My dad has also come to her and found her to be the best in town too.

This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. Went back in today for a Swedish massage and cupping instead of a deep tissue massage and i hold a lot of tension in my body and this was the first time I felt deep relief, Yerma did a great job, she was very attentive to what pressure was best for me since im very very sensitive in some areas and other not so much, i cant wait to go back for more!

Went in with alot of tension in my back and she did a great job of releasing all of my pain.

Deep tissue massage to eleviate stress and low back pain work out well. No pain, no gain. Thank you for being so good at what you do. The foot scrub is highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing massage! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The therapist was highly skilled, tentative to my needs, and worked out tension. I didn't even realize I had. Perfect pressure, calming atmosphere, and I left feeling refreshed and pain-free. Highly recommended.

She was very thorough but gentle with my sensitive skin. I will definitely be back for another facial.
