Amazing as always! Katharine is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She’s been helping me for several months now with my structural issues and trigger point flair ups. I’m better than day 1 but it’s a work in progress and she has been more help to me than all the physical therapy and accupuncture I have tried. I highly highly recommend her!!

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

SB is amazing. I have issues with my upper vertebrae collapsed C1 and C2 with inflammation and arthritis. I have arthritis issues in my feet, and back. I have been a client with SB for 3+ years. Her techniques are keeping me from having to have surgery. She specializes in Soft tissue therapy/ massage, fascia work, and medical massage. I was reluctant to go to a massage therapist for my symptoms, but didn't want to be on medications or end up having surgery. She sat me down and we discussed my issues and came up with a plan.
