Lovely lady, puts you at ease xxx

Very relaxing but focused.

Janie is kind, careful, joyous and thorough. I would thoroughly recommend visiting her. The biggest thing that happened for me was to realise I was having normal and proportionate reactions to the stress of life and having a job with high emotional labour. We gently and carefully worked through my distress and worries by turning my attention to what I’m able to do and achieve. Eventually it felt like self care, taking time to reset like a massage or going to the spa. The techniques she taught me now feel as important as going to the gym. I couldn’t have done this without Janie. Thank you
