Every time I book with Thammarat Thai team, I am well looked after. I find this is the only massage parlour in Auckland where I have been able to fully relax and even sleep during my full body massages. I’m quite sensitive to pressure so usually I tense up , but not here they have that magic touch to allow me to fully trust their technique. All staff at Thammarat Thai are absolutely amazing with their end to end service and care. Thankyou!

I absolutely loved my massage. Olly was great, she knew exactly what to do and the pressure I like. I felt incredibly better after my deep tissue massage and all my pain was gone! Natalie is a very experienced and professional masseuse who really gets to know your aches and sore spots and deals to them. I have had the pleasure of her massage for several years and this has enabled me to keep up my running as a 57 year old as I don’t get injuries anymore as the massages really help with the muscles. Also great therapy for aches in arms from keyboard use for those with jobs that are desk bound like mine. Highly recommend.

The sauna/ ice bath experience was the loveliest part of our holiday. My partner and I did it together and it was so relaxing, the music was beautiful, service was above expectations and the facilities were stunning. Will recommend this to anyone and everyone visiting Auckland. We were so pleased that we even tried to book in for the following morning but they are closed on a Tuesday.
