One stop place for some of the most effective healing treatments available to us in Australia, all within a comfortable welcoming space. The staff are also lovely and knowledgeable. Having had a few sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy Five Towns is definitely the best. I have Long Covid and Thyroid issues and arrived today could hardly walk and very short of breath and pain all over my body and left feeling amazing the rest of the afternoon. The chamber was a great size very comfortable and I am booked in again on Friday. What a wonderful achievement Alex and his wife have created to help other people with chronic conditions be able to afford this beneficial treatment. My friend who has fibromyalgia is booking very soon - Hopefully I will come twice a week - Mo xx

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

I had my HBOT session on last Monday and felt very relaxed afterwards, with a real sense of calm and quiet in my head. Now, on Thursday, 3 days later, I’m experiencing a remarkable peak in energy, strength and focus — wow. Sonia took wonderful care of me from the moment I arrived until I left, particularly in preparing me beforehand and through her attentive follow-up afterwards. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Absolute 5-star experience! I’m using Hyperbaric Spa Albufeira for HBOT and extra therapies to treat chronic fatigue, and they are incredible. My first visit and was initially feeling quite stressed out as am caring for my husband who has progressive MS.and don’t take much time out for myself. However, I was given a lovely welcome by Jayne and Tree and really enjoyed my session of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. Always fabulous, but today I had a special treatment during the eyelash application! Her 6 year old daughter asked me if while I was lying there, if I would like a foot massage. Of course I said yes, and she is actually very good!!! As a satisfied massage client, I gave her some money for ice cream.
