Very relaxing Emma is really good

First time having laser treatment after a knee replacement 8 weeks ago. I was told by my physio it wouldn’t do anything. I went against what he said. Really glad I did because the swelling has reduced dramatically, giving me more movement and flexibility. I was then offered laser treatment in my home because I cannot drive yet. Second treatment done today and after 8 weeks of having a shower, I have managed to get in and out of the bath with ease and without help. So thank you Emma and Tony for your outstanding service.

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Its only Betty's second visit for teeth cleaning and I'm already seeing the difference. And of course she loves the treats!

Amazing , highly recommend. My neck and shoulders have never felt so good.

I met Anna three weeks ago for my first Birth Chart and a Reiki session. A week after, I joined the Cosmic Clarity Mentorship plan, and it is a wonderful experience. Her place is cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Anna is incredibly kind and creates a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. I couldn’t make it to her place for our monthly coaching session, so we did it online. Even then, Anna made me feel comfortable, positive, and supported.

I’ve been seeing Dr Swathy for 6 weeks for lymphoedema I’ve struggled with this for years with nothing from the NHS only compression stockings. I got ulcers again, after a discussion with Dr Emma Kirke C.OSTM DISTN, She recommended Dr Swathy and within a week they were healing two weeks they had healed the swelling has reduced significantly over the 6 weeks. Dr Swathy, worked on my neck pain she is friendly knowledgeable and explained the treatment as we went through each section and explained how it workd and the benefits of using it. I really enjoyed the session with her today would highly recommended her laser and massage followed by a relaxation yoga session.
