Hurt my knee and nurse in small injuries suggested it was arthritis. Luckily Lauren gave better advice & worked on all affected muscles surrounding the knee. It's very sore today yet feels better at the same time.

Before starting the therapy, I was in agony, the pain was terrible, I wasn't able to walk even 500 meters. The pain killer only helped for few hours and I started to feel sick because of them. After few sessions of therapy I need medication very rarely and the pain is way less noticeable. Thank you very much for the help.
